Judith Hanson Lasater, Compasion, And Drunken Electrons

Judith Hanson Lasater is one of the West’s pioneer yogis and one of the founding editors of Yoga Journal. She’s written eight books, including Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga For Stressful Times and Living Your Yoga: Finding the Spiritual in Everyday Life.
